Custom tool manufacturing and OEM/ODM services require formal technical drawings, material specifications, and quality acceptance criteria to be agreed upon before production commencement.

Custom tool designs, technical drawings, and manufacturing processes developed for OEM/ODM clients remain confidential. We do not disclose proprietary designs to third parties without written authorization.

Customers retain ownership of their submitted technical drawings and specifications. We use such information solely for the purpose of manufacturing and quality control.

Our manufacturing processes follow ISO 9001 quality management standards. Products are manufactured to meet agreed specifications and undergo inspection according to ISO 2859 sampling procedures.

Materials used in production comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Compliance documentation can be provided upon request for regulatory verification purposes.

Quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation including inspection reports and photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chongqing CNC Cutting Tools Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of our products or services.

Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price. We are not responsible for machining failures resulting from improper tool selection, incorrect cutting parameters, or machine malfunction.

Users are responsible for selecting appropriate tools for their specific applications and verifying compatibility with their machining equipment and workpiece materials.

Business communications, technical specifications, pricing information, and order details exchanged between parties are considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Customers are advised to use secure communication channels when transmitting sensitive technical drawings or proprietary specifications.

Delivery schedules are estimated based on production capacity and logistics availability. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for international shipments.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or business transactions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

For international transactions, parties may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as specified in individual sales contracts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
